Question About Wi-Fi

Ok, Here is a stupid question. If you have your Sprint Service shut off (military deployment), can you still use wi-fi to surf and use e-mail? Thanks in advance.

Yes its just like a wifi tablet, does all your stuff through wifi. Also there are apps that allows you to make phone calls and texts with just a wifi connection.

Groove IP. I use it on my Samsung tablet

+1 on groove ip, it worked great while I was just in Thailand and Hong kong. I used my phone on wifi to check emails and send texts on Google voice. Just make sure you have a strong wifi signal for groove ip.

Actually, using wi-fi saves more battery life then going through your Sprint Data so use wi-fi when you can.
