Question about Xoom 4G sim card.

Ok I know that if a person has a 4G-enabled Xoom they can use the 4G sim card from their 4G-capable phone to enable 4G connectivity on the Xoom. My question is does it work vice versa? Does a 4G sim card that's tied down to a 4G-enabled Xoom line enable 4G connectivity on a 4G-capable phone when it's inserted? Could someone who has a 4G Xoom and a 4G phone try this out?
