I just had one of my larger tattoos reworked. It's the first time I've had Sanieerm/Dermashield applied after. It's both refreshingly easy to take care of but at the same time the healing process is foreign to me.

There is/was no haziness (the part where newbies think their new tattoo is destroyed and freak out), no scabbing, no peeling, no itching and is still vibrant AF. From my understanding most of this is accelerated and happens under the patch. But aside from the ambiguous 2-4 weeks, what are the signs it's healed? It's been about 2 weeks now and looks the same as when I removed the bandage. Small amounts of aquafor as usual, only thing I've noticed that is different is it doesn't feel as raised.

My tattoo before this was to fix a botched one that I rushed to have another shop fix so that's permanently raised/scared which I know isn't the typical outcome and the one before that was so long ago I don't remember the process.

Sidenote/OT: What A-Hole at Dial decided to add Aloe to unscented orange antibacterial soap which is now useless for aftercare. FYI for those in need, their bar version is still aloe free.
