Does charging while power saving mode is turned on give any harm on the phone & battery?

Does overnight charging using normal charger gives any effects? Some say no, some say yes. I need real answers.

Is it normal your phone gets a little warm while charging using fast charger adapter?

Is it fine if your normal charger gets hot while charging your phone? Including the usb cable gets hot too (the one that connects to the charger gets hot) The usb head that connects to your phone and the phone too is at cool temperature.

I only know the answer to one question: I have never ever ever ever ever ever had issues leaving my phone on charge all night. Ever. That is a REAL ANSWER. This goes for every single phone I've ever owned. Never, ever, ever.

1. No
2. No
3. My phone gets a little warm but so does my 6s Plus. Doesn't worry me.
4. I've never had the charger or USB cable get hot with any of my android phones. That happened on a lightening cable though while charging my 6s Plus. It actually melted the cable by the plug that goes into the phone.

I always charge overnight and this is the only way I ever charged my phones. The battery lasts 17 to 18 hours so there is no need to charge during the day. With Note 5 I used the charger that came with a phone later replaced with a wireless charger I bought on Amazon. Never had any problems.

Thank you for the answers in question 1-3. For question 4, I was using the original Lenovo normal charger with the original samsung usb cable to charge my note 5. the head usb cable (the one that connects to the charger) and the charger become hot. I still don't understand why :\
