Question mark on the weather/clock widget?

Anyone know why theres a question mark there? Every time i tap it it says forbiden. Not allowed by server? What the heck is that?

Just figured out that its a link to LG's quick help page. Guess the server was down yesterday.

Mine just got up and running... Prior to today, if I pressed the "?" it would say 'forbidden.....'
