Hello,

I've never owned a Note before, but I'm seriously thinking of getting one to completely replace my daily planner. So for Note users, how easy/ practical/ fast/ efficient is it to write an off-screen memo and save it to the calendar.

For example, today is Tuesday and I remember that on Friday I have to take the dog to the vet at 2 pm. How would the process go from writing it on the off-screen, converting it to text, and then saving that note to a calendar app for Friday at 2pm?

Also, for past Note users, is the larger 10+ screen better for note taking? Or do you not notice that much of a difference when taking notes (compared to past smaller screens)? For me the only benefit of the note 10+ over the note 10 is the quad-HD screen. The note 10 would go in my front pocket so I prefer the smaller version. But if taking notes is significantly better on the larger screen then I would go for the 10+.

Thanks.

This is my first Note, so I'm not much help. I really need to know from the experts too.

the bigger screen is more useful, because its more area for writing. realistically, even on the note 10+, you can only get so many words on a line.

and honestly, its faster to just unlock the phone and put it directly into the calendar. I use the screen off memo for something like when im having a conversation, and just need to record something as fast as possible. I wouldn't intentionally use it knowing im going to put it somewhere else a few seconds later. just me though.

I've been looking on my Note 10+ and at the moment can only see to share a note to Reminder and not the calendar.

This is via using the Samsung Notes App and Samsung Calendar App.
