Question regarding switching from 3g to 4g

No it will not change. Data plans are data plans regardless of 3g or 4g.

You should get a 4G sim card with the phone, if not drop into a VZ corp store and they'll get you one for free.

Yes you will get a sim card with your phone. However do not *228 to activate your s3. You will need to read the instructions that will come with your phone.
