Do you know if you can transfer your $30 monthly 4g plan to another phone?

I'm wondering since this $30 is for only first activation only, how's going to work out for phone changes in the future with inevitable new nexus phones.

The plan is tied to your SIM, not a phone. When you want to move to a new phone, just take the SIM out and put it in the new device.
