Ok since the ban goes in affect soon nobody will be able to buy it in the usa? Right? so my question would importing be an option? because i wanted to buy one still but i dont have the money yet.

Apple has not put up the $95 million bond which is necessary to pay off Samsung I they lose the next appeal, which they probably will since they haven't put it up yet.

But knowing my luck, I will be proven wrong and a dumb ass when apple puts up the bond tomorrow.
