Hi everyone,

I just received my replacement S7 edge and the phone app does not have the speakerphone option

And in Google play I constantly get download pending, I cleared cache, cleared data, and removed my Google account and still same problem

Any advice on any of these issues?

Replacement device? insurance aka asurion? They are known to have crappy quality control. Might need to send that back and ask for one that actually works.
