Okay so I've been Rooted going on two weeks now. And one of the first things i did Was Disable Otacerts. But i've been wanting to call verizon to push me a new prl, Current one 13008 i heard thats alltell Hybrid Network. Will they be able to push that since i disabled Otacerts? And also since i'm rooted And disabled OTacerts will The sim Be able to Update the PRL by itself?

I don't believe VZW can selectively push out PRLs to 4G phones. But I do believe your phone will auto-provision itself on the SIM just like a non-rooted phone.

Yeah they can bud 8) They were the ones that pushed 13008

You can't call them and have them push you a PRL. Yes they create the new PRL's and the phones download them, but unlike 3g phones you can't dial *228 and have it pushed to your phone.

You can shut the phone off, pull out the sim card and wait 10 seconds before re-inserting it and booting back up. That generally causes the phone to go out and find the latest prl.
