Questions about disabling root

I enabled root to do the filesystem fix, but undid that and just kept root and am happy to finally get screenshots (which has been more useful than I originally thought). I don't really need it rooted except for this one thing, my question is if I unroot will it stop allowing screenshots now that I have an app onboard? Also, how exactly do I unroot using the one-key fix app?
