Questions about pie

My S8 Just updated this morning and I like the changes. My only issues are that my always on display isn't working (in settings, it's "on" though) and so far my battery life is worse. I just lost 9% while I was in the shower.

Has anyone done a factory reset and had good luck with this update? I've read that it's always a good idea to get the full version of the update, but I've also heard it's not necessary.

I do have a dark theme installed through Samsung. I'm betting this is the problem with the AOD and I forgot to mention, but my calendar has no numbers now.

How can I get rid of a theme?

Hi , for always on display you need to go to settings by default it's set at touch to see but you can enable it always on or schedule so settings>lock screen>tap always on display .

Battery drain quicker might be because its setting everything up and it's a big update, I would wait 7 days before everything settled, otherwise a factory reset might be needed.

This is the only setting I have for AOD, and it's set to on

Tap where it says tap to show it will bring up more settings and then u can select always on .
