Questions about upgrading on Verizon family plan

Ok so I want to upgrade my family plan. My contract with VZ will end at the end of May, but I think I can upgrade my phones now. If I upgrade two of my lines to the TB, will it be $249 each with a 2 yr plan? Does anyone know how much it would be with just a 1 yr plan?

it would be $249 each and the 1 year price is probably going to be $319 but i'm not sure on that.

I'm debating whether to do 1 or 2 years, and whether to buy at corporate store or BB. Decisions, decisions...just finally glad to be getting on Android.

Yeah..customers are definitely treated differently...specially when you threaten to cancel their plan completely. lol

So on my VZW account it says upgrade available 4/24... do I HAVE to wait until then to upgrade or what?

I mean because COME ON... if the Thunderbolt was a half gallon of milk, I'd totally be like...

Honestly, I don't get the distinction on new and existing customers. I'm outside my contract already; if you treat me differently, I can just go to another carrier.

yes you do need to wait for you upgrade date to the exact date unless you call and then perhaps they might oblige you but there will be a 20.00 early upgrade fee added on.

Well, my early upgrade date was Dec 16th, prior to the announcement that they were doing away with early upgrades. They said I was eligible, it would just be my last early upgrade. It even shows that I can upgrade now for a discounted price on my account online. They didn't say anything about a $20 fee tacked on though.
