Im from Brazil... and i see on the Verizon website , that the HTC DNA is 599 Dolar it the plan Mouth to Mouth. What is that " Mouth to Mouth " ?

Can i use the HTC Dna on Brazil if i buy it at that price? or is only for US?

Verizon is a Wireless service or a phone plan like AT&T ? ( sorry bad english )

Can i use Wireless here on the Brazil?
