quick Dat mobile data quick button

How do you get the mobile data quick button back on the Note 4. I was testing an att note 4 and it didn't have the mobile data button. I tried the app that works on my Note 5 to restore the button but it didn't work on note 4. Quick Panel.

There are quite a few widgets you can install from the play store that have a data toggle.
