Quick JB question...

Since the update my phone says the name of the person calling me about the time of the 2nd ring. I've searched all kinds of settings menus and can't find a way to stop it. It's probably simple but, I'm stumped. One other curiosity, the day after the update while I was driving I got a call and the phone answered and put the call on speaker after 2 rings. Is this a Google Now thing? Either way, I'd like to manage that myself. TIA for any guidance.
