Quick launch?

On my Motorola Droid there is the "Quick Launch" feature which allows you to assign any application to any keyboard shortcut.

- To access the
Quick Launch
feature, tap on Settings.

- Under Settings, tap on Applications.

- Under Applications, tap on Quick launch.

I do not see this feature in Android 3.0... Is it gone?
