Quick measure for S-Health for Note 7 not working. Help please

Hello, I tried to use the quick measure option in S Health for my Galaxy Note 7 and I'm pretty sure I did everything right I switched on but it won't work. I've tried several times, would anybody by chance have any ideas of what might be happening or what I might be doing wrong? Thank you for your help.

I assume you mean the sensor won't automatically start measuring heart rate. I haven't figured it out either. I have to manually start it from within s-health.

I just tried and it doesn't work for me either...

Also, I have a Mi scale and auto receive data never worked with my N3 or N7.....

Is it winter? I think i found that cold dry fingers dont activate it as easily as plump warm flowing fingers
