Quick one: Pixel 2 charger plug the same as the one that comes with the stand?

Can I use a Pixel 2 charger (plug) with the Google Stand and get the same functionality?

And just as an aside, that would be good to know: Can I charge the phone with the P2 charger and get the same functionality? I know I can, I just want to know if it's the same.

Bottom line: Pixel 2 charger = Pixel 3 charger?

2 and 3 are the same model and same current levels. The stand is too. It's the TC G1000-US (assuming you're in the US). I think it's also the same as the Pixel OG.

Perfect. Thanks. Now I don't have to crawl under my desk and navigate all the electrical cords. I can just use the cable/cord already there and plug it into the stand.
