quick over-clocking question

i am rooted and i have been overclocked to 1ghz for a while. However now i am only able to overclock up to 600mhz. I am doing auto detect device

any suggestions?

No, it only installs the new kernal, just go into SetCPU and set your speed.

Which bekit Kernel is best? I understand the speed option what do the different "slots" mean?

Slot is available speeds the processor can run at I would say start at 800 and see how it fits you he also makes low voltage up to high I think start with low should give you less heat and better battery life
