Quick question about navigation

There seems to be 3 apps for navigation. There is "Navigation", "Navigator" and "Sprint Navigation". What's up with that? What the difference and which is the best?

Navigator replaces the stock Android "Car Home" app. It's just a bunch of shortcuts for easy access when you're driving. Navigation is google's GPS Nav app. Sprint Navigation is Sprint's own GPS Nav app. The last 2 are just competing apps.
