Quick question: feature disappeared?

Where is the checkbox to keep the screen on while plugged in? I thought it was in Settings->Display but it isn't there on my device. Could an app have removed it? Can i get it back without a factory reset? I am having audio issues, so a reset may be inevitable but I heard that Google Wallet may not work after.

Settings-> Developer Options -> Stay Awake.
