Quick question, is the EVO phone wrapped/sealed when new?

Hopefully a store will have an EVO available this weekend and I want to make sure i pick up a brand new one. Is the actual phone wrapped/sealed with a tamper evident tape like on the Touch Pro2?

I haven't seen a true unboxing yet so I'm not too sure.
