Getting ready to flash free gs3 rom by Clark 44. I need to wipe data factory reset, wipe cache and wipe dalvick is this correct? All of these are necessary?

Yes, good rule of thumb is to wipe all when coming from a different ROM. Always follow the recommendations of the Developer though first

If coming from the same ROM and just updating sometimes you can be lucky with a dirty flash(only wiping cache and dalvik).
