1. If you flashed a ROM before activating your phone, then that was not a wise decision on your part. You need to go back to stock and activate your phone. Patience is a virtue.
2. If you do not know how to go back to stock, there are several tutorials that can be found in this forum section if you look hard enough. I'm pretty sure it's offered in either RodimusROM's thread or Xionia + Stock's thread.
3. Never, ever, EVER tell your phone company you just modded your phone, as they will NOT help you in ANY kind of way as you just voided your warranty and went out of the Terms of Service. Doing something like that could even get your account shut down.
4. Activation can be done over the internet, despite the lack of being able to activate via the phone itself. There are ways, if you just know how to ask properly.
5. There are apps out there that can help you save battery life, such as Juice Defense. Keep in mind the ROM you flashed to as well, as it's stated in both of the CM7 (Gingerbread ROMs) threads that they DO experience high battery drain, even with battery saving apps. Reading is important, you need to do so before making any decision that could potentially harm your fiscal purchase.
6. Dr. Hax is right, you need to order your thoughts and spell a bit better. No one is going to want to help you if they can understand your post or if you make no sense. Without knowing when and where a sentence ends, it's all one long line of thought process that most people don't even want to take time to understand.
I hope this helps, and maybe you could give a bit more details as to your dilemma in a more orderly fashion.
