Quick Reply in Notifications Drop Down?

Hey guys I just received my Nexus 4 today and first thing I notice that the quick reply option is not there for text messages. Is this something that has been removed or do I have to enable it somewhere.

Think you've been running CM too much. Not part of stock Android.

Download CyanogenMod 10.1 and copy MMS.apk to /system/apps - that will give you Quick Reply (assuming this feature is already in CM 10.1).

how come when i am called, i do not have the option to reject the call with a quick response
