Quick way to set to vibrate?

So on my Moto X (Kit Kat 4.4.4), is there a way to quickly change notification profiles such as normal, vibrate and silent?
I know I can lower the volume all the way until it sets to vibrate.
I have seen on other phones from the quick settings drop down, you can set the notification profile from there, but I don't see that option. I don't even see a way to customize the quick settings so you can choose what shows up on there.

Any suggestions?

Hold down the power button for a second or two, and the power off menu should appear. On the bottom there are sound options.

I use Notification Toggle. It's free and duplicates the quick settings bar.
