Quickoffice Pro HD not compatible?

Hey everyone. I just set up my wife's note 3 and while redownloading her apps quickoffice pro HD states it is not compatible. What gives? This app worked fine on her dying RAZR maxx but not on the note 3 ?

Anyone having similar issues with other apps or know of a workaround?

Is it a download from the Play store or Amazon? If it's from anywhere but the Play store, did you turn on "unknown Sources" in the security settings?

Try going to the developer's web site and ask them. They were very nice to help me when I bought Quick Office for my original Note.
