More stupid questions...I haven't really needed to use it again until now, but I'm doing some editing for a paper submission and just realized, where did QuickOffice go after I flashed Liberty? I know it removes/freezes some stuff, but this one I'd like back, and it isn't in the install mods section of the Liberty toolbox...it's not the end of the world, and it's not that I don't want to pay for it from the market since I've paid for like a gazillion things, but if it came with my phone I'd sort of rather not.

It's fine if there's no solution and I'll just pick it up, just would like to know if there's a solution first.

Your phone came with a trial version. It was added most likely because of a deal between VZW and the developer of QuickOffice.

The devs behind Liberty don't have this kind of deal. They may have been able to extract it like they did with the Blur apps, but there either wasn't a demand for it, or they weren't going to touch anything with licensing agreements.

I think if you want QuickOffice on your Liberty ROM, you'll have to hit the Market.
