Hi all, i already use M9+ Since M9+ release in southeast asia, but i never have bokeh or raw camera option on my device.. i already update the newest camera version, but sill nothing

Did you get your answer? My regular M9 has the Google Camera app and the HTC Camera app, both with the same icon name "Camera". HTC includes Bokeh, Raw Camer and +Add options. Google provides the Lens Blur option.

you should have a add button in your camera app, look for the icon with 4 circles tap it then tap add
