Radio's and camera

I know the camera will be 8 mega pixels but dies anyone know if the Active will take better pictures in low light scene? Also will the radio's be improved for data reception?

Thanks for those questions. I'd like to know as well. Anandtech claims that the pixels are the same size as those of the 13 Mpix S4 version, with the reason that the optics had to be thinner to accomodate the LCD display and waterproofing. If all that is true low light performance will not be better.
