Attach a screenshot. Does anything say baseband?

Radio version is listed under Menu, Settings, About phone, Software Information, More. It's the baseband version. Example, I'm running the older software from Dec. 2011 (2.11.605.9) which is considered MR4 and has baseband 1.48.00.0930w_3, 0.01.78.0916w_3.

mine is 1.49.00.0406w_1,0.01.79.0331w_1

That's from the latest software version (2.11.605.19) that Verizon released back in April/May. Not sure if it's still MR4 or 5, but either way you should be good as that ROM reference says "mr2.x+ or mr3.+ radios".

Yep, you're good to go.

Cool. I wanted to upgrade to a newer radio but heard there would be problems. So why fix what isn't broke. Hehe

same thought here :-D
this freakin intermittent connection problem made me think maybe my device isn't communicating to the towers properly, though my wife who's not rooted and has newest radio has same problem. Though seems to be a little better now.

Mine's also having intermittent connection issues too. 4G with 4 bars of signal suddenly drop to no signal then 3G with 2 bars, etc. I heard that when a tower gets overloaded it drops all connections for a couple seconds and then has the phones reconnect to it. As a way of "resetting" itself. I'm sure me dropping the phone a couple times may have something to do with it too. ;)
