Remember that URL from the leaked ads? It is now active: EVO 3D Pre Order

It doesn't specifically mention the release date, however in the fine print it does say the Evo 4G trade-ins are starting on 6-24.

The Black Eyed Peas download is mentioned there though, which was also shown in one of the leaks.

And Ryudo yes they will take your Pre for $75 as long as long as it follows what is said in the fine print, I will post it here for you, this is copied and pasted right off of their site.

Anyone figured out a way to preorder it online yet? Looks like the links from the ad don't go anywhere and the evo3d landing page they tell you to go to just has a store finder. I hate trusting the local store to actually get this set up right. Not that I don't have faith in humans, but since my area is an affiliate market, things get weird on 4G device orders. I trust an order that goes through on a computer more. lol

Correction... Just called local store and they aren't participating in the preorder because of the affiliate market situation (I hate Swiftel) so no go at the store.

It does say "select smartphones". Something tells me the Pre won't be included in that seeing their high opinion of it when going to the trade in page.

Alas, after talking to them, the local RadioShacks can't even do the preorder since it's Swiftel's affiliate market. Not sure what the best method of acquisition will be now. Grrrrrr.

If you look at the fine print, there's a nifty little disclosure about not being available in all regions. Kind of figured that was going to be the case, but usually can manage to outsmart the computer to get it shipped regardless of what the human employees say.

Hmm...think I should have to worry about my Pre Order then? I mean they accepted it on the first day it came out without any issues, and on the receipt it does say that the phone will be shipped to the store listed on the top of the receipt.

If the store carries the EVO 4G, you shouldn't have a problem. It's only affiliate markets where this stupid issue comes into play. If they did the preorder without fussing, you're fine.
