Ram is being overused

Why my Ram is always being overused.
Does it have to take anything with Power Saving Mode?

RAM being used is a good thing. It means less processor load, faster operation, and better battery life.

I thought completely opposite of what ya mentioned above.
But the question is what's eating my Ram?

Plus... you're not going to wear your RAM out by using it. That's what it's there for. RAM likes to be used.

I have understood the characteristics of RAM. I just wanted to know what (apps or OS) is consuming it.

Another reason of asking is that while I have seen other devices( gs3 n others having 1gb ram) are only being used around 350 or 400mb, which surprised me.
