I have tried to uninstall all but essential apps but still low RAM persists. Everytime I check the RAM via app its 100-150MP and total is 816MB. The most I can get is about 300MB but rapidly drops back to 100. So what can I do?

And what problems is this causing... remember this isn't Windows, it is Linux based and handles RAM differently, and to Linux (thus Android) unused RAM is wasted RAM. Also remember that stopping tasks manually or using a task killer will actually slow down later version Android phones since applications automatically respawn and just fight for RAM instead sitting dormant and being swapped to the background.
