Ramping ringer added (vibrate then gradually increasing volume)

Caught this article about a new Pixel feature that's kind of cool. I haven't seen it publicized anywhere else, possible it is, still thought I'd spread the word. It's small but handy (at least IMO).

Ringer ramp up ... phone vibrates for 5 seconds then begins ringing with gradually increasing volume.

I have it on my phone already. Check it out.

I turned it on, and shortly thereafter received a call. My phone was in my pocket, and by the time you realize that the phone is vibrating, let alone quietly ringing, the phone is ready to go to the answering service before you can get it out of your pocket to answer. I turned it back off.

I was concerned about this. I need to wait for that scenario I don't know if I'll end up feeling the same way.

This exactly, I can't use it for this reason.

I called my Pixel testing that ringer feature out .The first 3 rings were just vibrating. On the 4 ring was when it changed over to where it was ringing
I heard it ring getting louder with each ring for a total of 10 rings with sound.

So I never actually answered the call on my Pixel after the 10 ring with sound it then went to voicemail

3 rings vibrate only, 10 rings with sound
