I'm not sure if new batteries require it, but i know in the olden days of cellular phones we had to deep cycle the battery a few times to help it keep its full charge. well I've had my tablet since Tues night, charged it, started using it Wed, and I've been having a hard time trying to use all the battery in a single day so i can charge it up again at night. are those pesky manufacturers trying to break my nightly routine of plugging in my electronics?!
Don't know if anyone here had/has a HTC Thunderbolt, but the battery life on it is atrocious, so being able to actually USE this nice piece of hardware is kind of a switch for me.
