Random beep and screen on at night

So I have an odd one here. I get a random beep and/or random screen ons in the middle of the night. I have no idea what would cause it, because there is no consistency. The beep sound isn't any of my notification sounds either. It hasn't happened every night (or at least I haven't woken up to it).

Could my charger be affecting it? (My old phone never did it on this charger, but who knows. I'm also waiting for my QI charger to show up and replace my normal charger)
I do charge my phone at night. Is there a setting that beeps when the battery is charged?
Is there something that would tell the screen to turn on for any reason?
I'm pretty sure it isn't any apps, since I've only had the phone for a week and haven't loaded very many.

I have noticed when I am using my wired charger at work, I get a beep and light up on text messages (even though I never have an audible tone set for text, only vibrate)

I have not noticed this on my wireless charger that I use at home, albeit, I use it when I'm sleeping, but I have yet to be woken up by any beeps or bright light up of the phone.

I don't use the turbo charger at night, so maybe I'll try one of my other 2458203495823045823452 chargers tonight.

Does it only happen once? I believe the phone will notify once fully charged.

The phone notifies you when it's at 100%. I charge at work so I see it happen all the time.

No, it's sporadic. It goes off multiple times, but not in any set time frame.

I was having an issue with sporadic beeps. My beeps stopped when i turned off NFC. I have a phone case that holds credit cards. The NFC was locating the chips in these cards and the beep was it trying to connect.
