Random flashing usb notification

Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it? I randomly get a flashing usb notification throughout the day. It stops when my phone is plugged into the charger (praying I don't get the moisture detection notification). But sometimes when I unplug it, it starts up again. Aside from shopping a hard reset or throwing my phone at the wall, what else can be done?
