Random Folders: Can I delete them?

I've been cleaning out my phone lately and I've come across different folders I have no idea if I can delete or not. Any help?

Example apps: tbs, tencent, kaleidoo, MoreExchange, HyprmxShared, DCIM, _chartboost, yiziyun, and com.qisi.adsdk.file

If you don't know what it is, don't fiddle with it.
You can google all those things one at a time and you will find out what they are.... Dcim is one to leave alone, anything that starts with com., leave well alone.. The others I don't know
