Random lock screen wallpapers & live wallpapers

Somehow I've disabled the option to have random images on the lock screen only and can't for the life of me find where to turn it back on?
I've found the bit where to randomly change the home screen wallpaper but not the lock screen?

Also, live wallpapers? I see I can download a load of them for the lock screen. Can I ask, what;s the difference between a normal and live wallpaper?

Whilst I'm at it, as I'm on a roll here On the lock screen when you swipe up there are options for the stock music player but I use Google Music so can these options be removed at all?

I believe to return to the random lockscreen wallpapers it's:
Settings>Display>Wallpaper>Lock screen wallpaper>Use other wallpapers>More>Gallery>MagazineUnlock
Also there is a "Random change" option on the Wallpapers screen (under settings)

Live wallpapers look a little like a movie that loops or they have some moving features like a star field or moving planets etc...

The swipe up options are tied to the honors built in EMUI apps far as I know.
I'm sure someone else here probably has better answers for you.

Thanks! I know where I went wrong, in the gallery I had hide the magazine unlock gallery so it stopped it working. I've un-hid it and it's back as per your very good instructions!

Downside is I can see the randomly change option but it says it's for the home page only. I'm sure when I got the Honor 8, before I managed to balls it up, that the home screen background remained constant and it was the lock screen that randomly changed.

Note to self, don't play with something before knowing any potential issues it could case!

I think you have to change your subscription settings on the magazine unlock settings.

I know your questions have been answered, but I still wanted to comment! Haha. Glad you are loving your Honor 8! What colour do you have?

Also, live wallpapers are awesome, but they do consume a bit more battery than ones that are stationary.

If you are a huge fan of wallpapers and live wallpapers, I highly recommend an app called Zedge. You'll get free wallpapers, notification tones, ringtones, and even icon packs now.
