Random lockups when receiving calls

Hey everyone,

I've started having a strange issue with my ATT N1 since I went to 2.2. Every once in a while my phone will lockup when a phone call comes in. I answer it and then it locks, but what's really strange is I can hear the person on the other end through the speaker, but they can't hear me. The only way I've found to get out of it is to pull the battery. Holding down the power button doesn't do squat. I've done a wipe and reset with no success. I'm on stock Froyo non rooted.

I've been considering playing with some of the other images to see if they have the same bug.

I've had this once or twice. I didn't worry about it. I'm running CM6 on a AT&T N1. I figured it was sure to me running a bunch of memory intensive apps at the same time.
