Random notifications alerts -- nothing in the notification bar?

Hey guys,

I've noticed that when I put the phone on vibrate, the phone will randomly vibrate as if there's a notification, but nothing appears in the notification tray.

I've noticed this in 2 situations:

1) If the phone is sitting on the table, it'll vibrate and say that there's a notification on the ambient display, but when I unlock the phone, nothing's there.

2) If I'm using the phone, with the screen on and in my hand, the phone will vibrate, but nothing comes through. Sometimes it happens several times in a few-minute span, other times it'll only happen once.

I assume it's an app that's doing it but I'm not sure and have no idea how to check which one without wiping everything and starting over. Any ideas?

You can try creating a widget for the notification log and see if there's a record in there. Not sure about the 6T but in most stockish phones you can create it after a long press on your home screen - widgets - scroll down until you find 'settings' - drag it to the screen and select 'notification log'.

Does this happen if you turn off NFC?

NFC would be my guess. Perhaps your phone is next to some NFC enabled credit cards?

No, I don't have any NFC capable credit cards. I added the Notification Log widget, as Javier suggested above, and it looks like it's the Blokada app I'm using to block adds in apps. I'm gonna try and tweak the settings and see if that does it.
