Just got my maxx hd today. It's sitting on the charger and just rebooted on its own. Is this a known bug or am I just lucky?

It's been buggy and freezes for me all the time since the official Jelly bean push in December. Mine has rebooted a bunch of times on its own, mostly after an app crash. ICS was FAR more stable. Those days are gone.

I've only done a factory reset once since the update. Time for another one tomorrow. I'm used to these issues though.

Well if that's the case I may return it for something else. I don't want to just get used to random reboots.

I've had random reboots as well. I noticed it happens when I am listening to music via bluetooth headphones. Not sure if that's the cause though.

To get around some of the lag, I'm using Nova Launcher in place of the stock Moto launcher. I wouldn't mind going back to ICS when it was far smoother and responsive.

I've had one, possibly two since I got mine...end of Nov.

My DX did it occasionally two with GB.

None here. Used to have them at least once or twice a week on my Thunderbolt.

I've had random app crash reboots with various apps at different times. One consistent crash was the Capital One app but before the latest update. Now it's stable. Besides that I've had Chrome crash a bunch of times. My droid seems to work just fine......when I leave it alone. :P

If we're talking about crashes - Chrome crashes whenever I use it, hence why I use different browsers (dolphin and firefox).

Some websites cause crashes no matter what, too, but those are few and far between.

And any time those do crash, the phone doesn't reboot.

Other than that, no other apps crash.
