Is it possible that the issue I have with random reboots could be related to crappy hardware? No matter what rom I install -- from CM8 to the Mostly Stock rom and a few others -- I end up with freezing and random reboots. When I take it to Sprint (always flashed back to stock, still having the freezing and reboot problems) they of course do a factory reset, which fixes the problem temporarily. This time, instead of taking my phone straight home and rooting it, I kept it stock for a few days. So in the last almost week, I've had a couple random reboots a day, at least, and a couple times when I woke up in the morning, the phone was frozen (plugged in with a full charge).
So the question is, as the title says, could this be related to having a crappy refurb? and if so, how do I convey that message to the guys at sprint, who seem to want to ignore anything that I tell them until they do a factory reset and run it through their "tests"?
Thanks for any help/advice in advance.
