Anyone else getting reboots? I have been getting them all day. Phone is in my pocket then it reboots by itself and I get a "send error report" message.

I've turned off Wifi and so far no more reboots. Could be an app that updates via Wifi maybe?

Nope - I'd get it exchanged. That may be normal behavior for blackberry phones buy it sure isn't for Android. If the problem persists after doing a factory reset, there's definitely something wrong with the hardware.

Did you install any apps that might be the cause?

I have no idea, I installed my usual apps. I did a factory reset and try and determine if it is an app causing it.

Ive got the exact same issue.

Just posted this on the XDA dev page: ( [Q] HTC one (un-rooted) reboots randomly & loops - xda-developers )

I?ve got a HTC one (un-rooted, factory default), bought without a contract at MediaMarkt in Stockholm/Sweden, that has started rebooting itself randomly, and when it comes into the OS it doesnt seem to boot correctly.

It often skips the PIN-code and I can access the phone, but it will not connect to my cellphone network-provider (it shows the 5 bars with an X-symbol).
I can still connect to my wifi at home and access all (I havnt tried all, but most) of the apps.

When i go into "search for available networks" it says it cant be done because of an unexpected failure.

It often, but not always, asks me if I want to send a failure-report to HTC.

Sometimes the phone sits like this for hours, but usually it takes about 30-40 sec, then it reboots itself without any prompt. Usually into the same mode and it can keep on rebooting itself for 5-20 times before finally asking me for a PIN number and starting up normally.

I?ve tried starting in Safe Mode and still get the same issue.

Any ideas to what might be causing this?
