2 times now in the last 2 days my phone has rebooted itself, I am not sure why.i just got it on july 1. When it does notifications from day before pop back up even though I previously cleared them. Is this normal or what do I need to look into, this is my first android phone

Have you rooted your phone? After I rooted my EVO the phone would reset every time I launched a GPS based app. I did a factory reset and this resolved the issue for me. I have not rooted my phone again. Since then I updated the FW and once was using Google Maps and made a call at the same time and my phone reset. Haven't seen a reset since.

haven't rooted yet, i wanted to try it.

it might have been the tumbling android live wallpaper, i changed the wallpaper and will see. pretty much the phone is stock now, i have disabled things for better battery life, but that is it

This has happened to me, also. Three times. Not doing anything in particular that would cause it. Last time, it happened when I was listening to White Noise app and the sound just stopped. I looked at my phone and it had gone to the screen with the exclamation point. Since my phone is rooted, I just ran recovery and rebooted. I was wondering if it has anything to do with Sprint trying to do an OTA update and because it can't since it is rooted, it causes the phone to force close?

So i've read on these forums that this tends to happen when you turn off always on mobile data. Have you made that change?

That said, it's happened to me a total of 2 times since I got the phone on launch day, but I've not turned off always on mobile data myself.
