Anyone else seeing their nexus 5 randomly shut off?

Any suggestions on what I should do?

No random shutdowns here. Mine is running perfectly. Are you still completely stock?

If yes, send it back to google and make them get you a new one. If not, I'd check to see if an app might be causing it.

I didn't modify it at all, completely stock. Phone updated itself on launch. No apps installed.

No, but I did experience that with my Nexus 7 a few times. It just stopped happening out of the blue though. Backup and factory reset perhaps if it continues.

Have you installed something like bootlog uptime to see how often the phone is crashing?

No, the phone is bone stock. That's why it is a concern.

It's probably an app that isn't playing well with 4.4. Mine was rebooting after I installed SetCPU. I deleted it and everything is fine. App conflicts are responsible for 99% (an educated guess) of all random rebooting problems.
