You know, I was randomly thinking about the launch of this phone and what I've heard from other sources about the launch date of the Bionic. Then that brought me to the launch date of the iPhone.
I wonder if Verizon may have had the launch for this phone slated for March originally, but then tried to push it up because of the not so great sales of the iPhone and all of the chatter about the Thunderbolt.
The reason I say this is because the iPhone was released February 10th and now they are talking about the Thunderbolt on either March 10th or 17th. My sources have said that the Bionic won't be until June and then you have the other 2 LTE phones in the Revolution and the Samsung.
If Verizon really wanted to maximize profits they would do something like this I would think...
February - iPhone
March - Thunderbolt
April - Revolution
May - Stealth V (Samsung)
June - Bionic
This makes sense to me, but I think the not so great reception of the iPhone kind of made Verizon want to get the Thunderbolt out, but they just couldn't do it as quickly as they had hoped.
